I’ve been a customer of Volvo Lisle for 5 years now. Always clean and professional. This time around, I came in later in the afternoon on a Saturday. I had been looking at some inventory online during the morning and then reached out to Andreas. After speaking, he had two cars ready for me to see in a half hour and I drove out on a Saturday afternoon. Both cars were parked and ready for me to see in the garage and I was on a test drive in less than 10 minutes. I had the pleasure of working with Lolita Cook. Usually, I am not a fan of the entire “dealership” (in general, not this dealership specifically) experience and the back/forth. Lolita was…..dare I say….fun! We had a lot of laughs and I didn’t feel rushed at all but was also out the door with my new EX90 in 2 hours. Car buying doesn’t need to be a day long processes if you go in with real expectations and know what you are looking for! I’ll be going back to Lolita in the future! I also enjoy chatting with Sal during the “signing ceremony.” Wishing him the best in retirement as he shared he won’t be around for my next round when the lease is up. More

I’m a loyal customer because they value my business and moreover, my satisfaction. Today’s review is regarding our most recent purchase, a beautiful 2025 XC40. We chose the demo on the floor with 5k and got quite a deal. Lolita discussed our options providing lease, new purchase, and demo pricing. We came in with a trade which we got top dollar for and ended moving up 2 model years and were still able to lower our payments. Lolita again sat with us in the suv and got us connected and running, explaining the updated features. Thanks to the other team members Andreas Korallus, Salvatore Garrett and ESPECIALLY Lolita !!
