I brought my mom car in for her. I had made a 1pm appointment. for a simple oil change. I did not think it would take so long with an appointment. It took over 1hr and 30min for a I had made a 1pm appointment. for a simple oil change. I did not think it would take so long with an appointment. It took over 1hr and 30min for an oil change. Although the staff was courteous it seem like they wasted a lot of my time trying to sell me things. I told them from the start i did not want anything just an oil change. After an hour and a half I had to ask if my car was done. Then they finally brough it out. When the pulled my car up. I walked up from behind and go in to the drivers door. I did not notice until i left the the was damage to the driver mirror. The cover was knocked off and later found in the car wash. The dealer ship did fix it but this is something I feel who ever drove it through the car wash should have known the cover came off. Nothing was said, and again I did not notice until after I left. Next time I know to walk around the care after getting it serviced. This experience was awful. An hour and a half for an oil change, with an appointment and damage to my care that i was not advised of. More

I had my car in for regular service. Never showed any problem with me asking questions. I'm a senior and he's very kind and personable. Whenever I'm in service, my vehicle is taken care of in a very timely manner. I'd recommend Freeman Toyota and Lonnie Contreras to family and friends for quality service. 10 stars!!! More
