My current car lease was up so I needed to get into a car ASAP. I was introduced to Lora Moore who was very professional and knowledgeable. I told Lora up front that I didn’t want to play games, had been shopping around and all I wanted was her best price. Lora listened to my needs and worked with Robert Westervelt to make it happen. We sealed the deal and they had me in my new RDX by Monday night. Hamad Matari was extremely organized and made signing the lease papers fast and simple. Poor service I purchased a vehicle that was not inspected (wasn't sure a car could be sold that way) & nobody advised & let me drive off the lot. Ordered regiatration thru DCH and 5 weeks later i don't have it. Called many times w/ no resolution. So i have a car i can't drive because no inspection & resgistration, all DCH issues that they have yet to correct. Left 2 messages in the last 24hrs for Robert Westervelt, no call back......some sales manager he is. More
