When I wanted to go from Sedan to SUV Great dealership both for sales and service. Purchased my first Acura (TLX) here (DCH Montclair Acura) in 2015. When I wanted to go from Sedan to SUV in 2020, the logical move was to start with this dealership. Here are a few of my reasons. Purchasing the TLX here was a good experience. The car performed well and as promised. All servicing to the car has been done here. The service department seems to be very well run - at all levels - because my customer experience has always been smooth and pleasant. I am told what is needed and not pushed to go for unnecessary work. Acura provides a good product. Purchasing the RDX was also a smooth and pleasant experience with a knowledgeable Sales Advisor - Lora Moore - who was patient, listened to me and gave me the space and the time I needed to thoughtfully assess my needs and available options. She gave me no reason to shop elsewhere. As I had when buying my TLX, I had the pleasant opportunity once again to work with Business Manager Jaime Borja who both educates the consumer and, as much as possible, simplifies the trade-in and purchase process. Jaime was not a stranger to work with this time. Along with working with him on me earlier purchase, we would also often bump into each other over the years when I would come in to have my car serviced. Lora and Jaime worked hard and succeeded in making my trade-in and new car purchase process as smooth and stressless as possible - providing me with a good vehicle I am pleased with, at a price that worked well for me.
