We are very disappointed. Our 25 yr old daughter paid for a 2022 Jeep Cherokee in cash, including a "dealer prep fee of $899" for a total of over 32k. When we picked up the vehicle, it was on fumes (barely enough gas to make it to the gas station) and 2 packages of opened, very old pretzels in the center console. You would think after you pay that much for a vehicle, you could put some gas in it and clean it out. When Loren, the salesman, sent us an email to recommend him and the dealership to others, we let him know our thoughts on the process and his reply was only "I guess we dropped the ball" Wow. Ok. That really cemented our feelings about the dealership. What kind of response is that?!!! NEVER going back and thank you for giving our young daughter a lesson in sleazy used car salesmen and how the world works. Shame on you for not making things right with her. Buyer beware. More
