Mr. Joseph greeted my wife and I in a manner that didn’t impos L Joseph, and I am happy to report that I had a highly satisfying purchase experience. Mr. Joseph greeted my wife and I in a manner that didn’t impose on my perusing of the selection. He checked on us in a nonabrasive manner and we never felt pressed to stay or leave. After communicating what I was looking, Mr. Joseph invited me in so that he might search the regional inventory for a more perfect fit. I appreciate Mr. Joseph’s approach to sales in that he was very personable. While he searched the inventory he initiated conversation about his experience, his family, and showed us a card trick or two, none of which was intrusive. Actually, his demeanor helped lower the anxiety of making a major purchase. Mr. Joseph was successful in finding me the truck I wanted and had it delivered from the Hyattsville location within an hour of our arrival. He also assisted in finding affordable full coverage insurance though I had obstructions on my driving record. He also elicited advice on refinancing as soon as six months so that I can ride affordability. All in all, the experience was great and we commend Mr. Joseph for going all the way for us in closing the deal. More
