Terrible people who could care about there customers. They prefer to steal from the poor and stack there pockets to the max. They blew up my car and cost me over 2 weeks of work and mental stress. People More

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify that the repairs to your vehicle were covered under warranty. During the process, you requested a vehicle to drive, and our team worked to accommodate your needs by arranging an SUV as requested. Because the warranty did not cover the full cost of that arrangement, the difference was explained, and we initially worked to find a solution that would meet your needs. When you later chose to switch to a non-Ford vehicle, that expense was not reimbursable through Ford, and the applicable cost difference was your responsibility. We also offered a goodwill adjustment in an effort to help resolve the situation. While we strive to work with our customers and find reasonable solutions, we must operate within the limits of warranty coverage and reimbursement policies. I love it another dealer moving the blame. I am suing veterans ford Lorenzo Pena Carl Atkinson Frank Rodriguez Edward Alden/Christopher Allen Customers will see across all 50 states you damage vehicles, you mess up there cars with your ASE mechanics( false) Your service advisors have know idea whats going on in the shop( neglect) they talk to customers like trash. This ordeal cost me around $10,000 in damages I will be seeking full restitution. People you see this message make your own decisions. I am pro people not pro dealer. We the customer keep these dealerships in businesse so they can overprice and guage the hard working man and woman. I promise I will get restitution and let the country all 50 states how greenway handles business!!!! Lorenzo you have my cell send me a text for proper email and telephone to dicuss situation and yes legal will need to be involved!! Open up your wallets greenway for the people who were robbed by greenway this is to show that this bad people cant and wont push me or anyone around again!
