Top Notch Service Department! I purchased a 2016 Tundra from a dealer in the metro-area. The following weekend we planned our first trip to the dunes in Coos Bay with our trailer. I purchased a 2016 Tundra from a dealer in the metro-area. The following weekend we planned our first trip to the dunes in Coos Bay with our trailer. The integrated trailer brake wasn't working and there were multiple warnings flashing on the dash shortly after getting on the road. We went to a metro-area dealer but after an hour wait were told they were too busy to get us in and couldn't even look at it until the following week. They advised the vehicle was safe to operate but we would need to use the manual trailer brake controls. We decided to continue our trip. I called Coos Bay Toyota. I was advised they were booked up on Saturday but would try to get us in if we showed up in the morning. Saturday morning we drove the truck to Coos Bay Toyota about 20 minutes before they were scheduled to be open. We planned on drinking our coffee and waiting in the lot until they opened. To our surprise the doors were open and we were greeted by the friendly staff. They confirmed they were booked up but would try to fit us in. The Service Manager personally drove us to a local store and told us to call back if we needed a ride anywhere else. While picking up supplies for camping and waiting for our friends, we got a call from the service department advising they had already inspected the truck and found a faulty trailer brake control. They advised they had to order the part but it wouldn't be in until Monday at the earliest. We had planned to leave first thing Monday morning because of the long drive and work commitments. They advised they would try to get it in as early as possible but it likely wound't be until Monday afternoon then they would need to install it. Fast forward to Monday morning. At about 8:30 am, I got a call advising the part was in and they were making it a priority to install because they were aware of our time commitments. Just before 10:00 am they called back and advised they were finished and it was ready to pick up. The only problem we had was no ride to pick it up as our friends had left. The Service Manager came all the way to Riley Ranch to pick us up AGAIN and drove us to the dealership. We were greeted with our keys and the service records then escorted to our truck - which they WASHED! Then I realized I left my cell phone in the Service Manager's car. The staff retrieved my phone and quickly brought it to me. I can't tell you how impressed I was with the level of service from this dealership and everyone there I interacted with in the service department. I wish I could find this level of service in the metro-area. We were disappointed with having a issue with our brand new truck but were blown away by the experience in Coos Bay. I can't thank them enough!!!! More

Broke down 400 miles from home Lost 75% power on tacoma pulling travel trailer. In thursday morning and they checked out and ordered part and had me on the road next day bt 10 am. nice, great vehicles, grt. maintenence w/little wait time I never had purchased here, before now, previously it was a kia I had with up to 5 hours wait time to even look at it at a Kia dealership during maint I never had purchased here, before now, previously it was a kia I had with up to 5 hours wait time to even look at it at a Kia dealership during maintenance. I was treated with very honest people at Toyota, I am a lifetime consumer here. Great maintenance, free car washes for your vehicle purchased, dog friendly in wait room, with little wait time to fix a problem. Always get back to you on the phone, Great folks to deal with in this day and age. More
