Overall, it was a good experience. I went to get my son a newer car that was reliable and we accomplished that. Lori started off with us, but the next day we visited Esteban finished h I went to get my son a newer car that was reliable and we accomplished that. Lori started off with us, but the next day we visited Esteban finished helping us as she was ill, he was a great help! The finance process took almost 2 hours, pretty excessive. The mileage on the car was off and over by about 500 miles from what we were told when purchasing. My son is happy with the car which is a big plus. More
