I don't know why the service dept. doesn't seem want to do warranty work on a Hyundai that was not purchased here. My car has a pronounce low frequency hum when I'm accelerating in any gear while the engi do warranty work on a Hyundai that was not purchased here. My car has a pronounce low frequency hum when I'm accelerating in any gear while the engine is turning about 1200rpm.. The service dept. tells me that my hum (at all different speeds)) is coming from my tires. Ridiculous More

This service center lacks training for their employees. There is very little communication once they have your car until you give them a poor review, then they keep calling you.
