I went into Pelligrino GMC on Monday and spoke with Lou looking into a GMC Terrain. Lou was able to work with me in finding a vehicle that had everything I wanted and working with my price range. Pell looking into a GMC Terrain. Lou was able to work with me in finding a vehicle that had everything I wanted and working with my price range. Pelligrino didn’t have a vehicle fitting my requirements but Lou was able to pull up several options from other dealerships. He was able to locate just what I was looking for with even more features than I requested . He got the vehicle picked up and delivered by Tuesday. Wednesday I was able to pick up my vehicle and Lou already had my paperwork filed and ready; it was the fastest vehicle purchase/process I’ve probably ever had. The experience was more than excellent and by far the smoothest vehicle purchase experience I’ve had. Lou was patient and didn’t make me feel rushed or forced into a purchase I didn’t want. I’m beyond excited for my new vehicle. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership. I know I'll be requesting Lou for any vehicle purchases I make in the future. More
