Lou was very insightful and a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated his efforts and that he was willing to stay late to help me complete the purchase. There was a point of dissatisfaction that prevented me from giving the store a 5 star rating. During my initial road test of the vehicle the auto stop/start malfunction indicator light turned on and did not turn off. Also, the engine oil change monitor indicates that the engine oil life is at 35%, which has me concerned that the vehicle did not receive an oil and filter change during the inspection process. These 2 issues have me concerned about the validity of the car bravo certification. This is not Lou's fault and he is genuinely intent on helping me resolve this. For which I thank him greatly. More
