Great service experience over past 4 years @ Hoffman Porsche I've been bringing my 2011 Panamera 4 to Hoffman Porsche since it was new and the service department there has been excellent. At then end of its lea I've been bringing my 2011 Panamera 4 to Hoffman Porsche since it was new and the service department there has been excellent. At then end of its lease, I decided to buy the car outright (a decision that certainly was influenced by my great service experiences at Hoffman Porsche). My prior cars have been BMWs (3) and a Jaguar and Hoffman Porsche's service department is far and away the best. Unlike the BMW service areas I dealt with for nine years (three 3-year leases) which were always a madhouse of waiting in lines to see a service person followed by waiting in lines to pay the bill, at Hoffman Porsche I'm always greeted by an available service person (Lou H. is my main guy) and over four years I have never had to wait to see him, ever. And very noticable is the lack of turnover in the service staff there, which was not the case at the Jaguar dealership. I see the same service and sales faces at Hoffman Porsche every time I go there, and, importantly, they are all Car Guys. Of course they are Porsche fans, but they are very on top of car news and racing news and I really enjoy chatting with them whenever I'm in there. They always provide a service loaner which is very convenient. And my service work is always done on time. So I highly recommend them. Five stars. More

So when I deal with Karl I know that I am getting a fair price a Great car and yes I can call anytime and the people at Hoffman will deal with me personally on any issue. More

Awesome experience, Lou and Ethan were great. I went downstairs and talked with your tech (can't remember his name but he had tattoos) Great tech! Got to talk shop with him and ask him about other issue downstairs and talked with your tech (can't remember his name but he had tattoos) Great tech! Got to talk shop with him and ask him about other issues with the Caymans, ask his personal opinions as a Porsche Mechanic about certain things, Its always great when your a car guy and are able to talk with a professional Porsche Tech about your vehicle. Great dealer, I will be back and be recommending them to everyone I meet. More
