Ordered a new WRX I was interested in ordering a new 2016 WRX and Louie was the person I wanted to deal with specifically. He reviewed everything he was given from Subaru and we figured out what would work for the exact car I was looking for. I never felt pressured or felt obligated to get something that I didnt want to buy from them. I can't wait for my new car to arrive!! I currently have a Subaru and when I would take it in for service, I never felt hassled and they always would inform me of a recall (recently) that needed to be done.
