Justin Lalande not only followed through in every detail of helping me resolve my concerns, but he did so in a way that clearly communicated that my matter was important to him. I have seldom met a profess of helping me resolve my concerns, but he did so in a way that clearly communicated that my matter was important to him. I have seldom met a professional with such "people skills". Even when he pointed out something were I was wrong in my understanding of the agreement I had made with Courtesy, he did so in a non-threatening, non-combative manner. A true pro! More
