Amazing experience! I came into Benzel-Busch Mercedes not knowing what to expect since I never owned a Mercedes before. Their customer service was amazing, especially my I came into Benzel-Busch Mercedes not knowing what to expect since I never owned a Mercedes before. Their customer service was amazing, especially my salesman Lou Gallo.. I needed a new car quick and Lou was so understanding of my situation and worked with me to give me a deal I was comfortable with.. he was able to get me everything I wanted! The day I picked up the car he made sure someone went over every detail and feature of the car before I even signed all my paperwork.. he also followed up 2 days later to make sure I was completely satisfied.. I have had my new car for about 4 days now and I love it! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new car to Lou at Englewood Benzel-Busch Mercedes.. my whole experience was amazing! More
