Luca worked with me to make sure I understood every part of the process, as well as the reasoning behind each step. He had no qualms about repeating whatever information I needed to hear twice, or even three times until I was absolutely sure of everything I needed and/or would need to do, as well as what would or wouldn’t be covered after purchase. There were no pushy attempts to just sell me a car for the heck of it. In addition, Luca was very professional, and a man of his word; everything that was promised to me was delivered. Everyone I interacted with aside from Luca was very pleasant and cooperative as well. Tony in particular was very helpful and patient with me when I mistakenly thought there was something wrong with the vehicle shortly after purchasing it. All in all I had a great first car buying experience and I got the car I wanted at a great price. More
