First they lost my keys for a while. Second the cracked my dash the rest of the way through and did nothing to fix it when they replaced the recalled air bag. Third they wrote up a total work order that they wanted to fix and it was totally unwarranted as I am a mechanic and had done all the things on the list less than 10,000 miles before and they were more than willing to charge me hundreds of dollars for totally unnecessary work just to make work for themselves. What happened to honesty and integrity in a dealership. Never asked when it was completed just wanted to make a appointment for them to do it. Also don’t appreciate when I tell them it doesn’t need done then the appt guy gets pissy with me and just wants me out of the dealership. More
