Our sales rep (Lucas) went out of his way to keep us informed of our special order Jeep. Upon its arrival he called us so we could make our arrangements fo delivery. He is the best sales rep we have ev informed of our special order Jeep. Upon its arrival he called us so we could make our arrangements fo delivery. He is the best sales rep we have ever had. Very professional and attentive to our desires from ordering through delivery. One minor flaw with the prep team - the windshield washer tank was almost empty. Checking things over when I arri ed home, I had to add 3/4 gallon of washer liquid. Other than that, the purchase process was good. I would highly recommend Lucas as their sales person when purchasing a new vehicle at Cowboy Dodge Jeep. More

Lucas was very helpful over the phone I live in a different state and he made it easy to understand everything as this being my first rodeo. He was quick with replying and he even took the time to he different state and he made it easy to understand everything as this being my first rodeo. He was quick with replying and he even took the time to help even after he had just gotten off work ! He made sure everything was in order before I made the trip so I didn’t have to worry about anything. I met Eric when I came into the dealership and he was awesome very nice and when we went on the test drive I had ANXIETYYYY but he kept me calm lol I did NOT want to go on the interstate so he had me take a different way and he explained a lot about the car and it’s details and was able to get me my dream car finally ! After hyperfocusing on it for 2yrs and all the other dealerships I dealt with the deals kept falling through but Eric and Lucas made sure that didn’t happen and I am very grateful. Side note I think they both need a raise & some cheesecake or whatever they like lol ok I’m done going on and on. But I would clearly recommend them to whoever is next in line More

When I took the truck in for a heater core problem the fixed it but they broke dash pieces and broke the 120 plug and cigarette lighter. They argued with me saying it was broken when I took it to them. So fixed it but they broke dash pieces and broke the 120 plug and cigarette lighter. We were visiting Cheyenne and something went wrong with our our truck. Right before CFD. Just saying Richard went above and beyond trying to fix it and get us out in a timely manner. Even though they diagn our our truck. Right before CFD. Just saying Richard went above and beyond trying to fix it and get us out in a timely manner. Even though they diagnosed the problem and could have fixed it, your trust in the truck went down hill second time it left us stranded, when you are full time RVers that's not good. So we saw Michael and Sam and bought a new truck. Out thanks to Richard keep up the good work, thanks for going that extra mile for us. More
