Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy responded

We're disappointed to hear about your experiences and appreciate your loyalty in purchasing two cars from us. It's upsetting that we've let you down on multiple occasions. We'd like the chance to make things right and discuss any specific issues you may have had. Please don't hesitate to contact me so we can address your concerns properly. Thank you, Elliot Ryan - General Sales Manager - elliotryan@lithia.com
