2019 Rav4 Hybrid purchase in Aug. ‘19 I’d looked at a different car at Boch in July, and called back my salesperson, Greg Mitchell, who was an easy guy to like, not pushy and in your face. I’d looked at a different car at Boch in July, and called back my salesperson, Greg Mitchell, who was an easy guy to like, not pushy and in your face. Greg was patient and knowledgeable. He didn’t claim to have every answer but would learn answer to my questions. He came in on a day off and was there on time waiting to meet me for a test drive. After we came to terms on the Rav4, he was thorough about prepping it and going through what he needed to to deliver me a clean car with a full tank. He introduced me to my service rep for a first appointment (6 months from now or 5000 m. Our finance meeting with Ian was straight and quick - he sensed we weren’t to be oversold but wee interested in value. More

Emergency Service. Arrived here after a tow from Lexington. Wheel bearing had been severely damaged after a botched brake job I received at a fly-by-night chain. Was inf Arrived here after a tow from Lexington. Wheel bearing had been severely damaged after a botched brake job I received at a fly-by-night chain. Was informed of the cause of this damage right off by Wilson. This has allowed me to take advantage of my Comprehensive Insurance and seek reparations from the former "mechanic." The work was done fairly quickly at Boch. Parts were a bit expensive. I also would have enjoyed a more pointed and clear chain of communication. All in all, I got what I needed and am satisfied with the job. More

He made my car shopping much easier than I thought it would be. My husband and I got to learn a little about him as he took my husband and I for a ride he also took the time and tried very hard to find a silver Highlander wish was my preference. Of course I settled with the black one instead since the silver was not available. he continued providing us with detail information about our new vehicle. His feedback worked wonders got me to settle even more with the vehicle and gain my trust. I can’t go without mentioning the whole personal there at Boch Toyota everyone was so friendly. Never had a problem until my recent service Got double charged on inspection sticker Charged for tire rotation on brand new tires installed that day. Paid over 600 $ on 4 tires. Charged 60 $ for cabin filter that I didn’t want changed.felt like I was getting fleeced then told I needed front brakes. 1300 $ later I get a ad on my phone about tire sale at Boch Toyota More
