He didn’t claim to have every answer but would learn answer to my questions. He came in on a day off and was there on time waiting to meet me for a test drive. After we came to terms on the Rav4, he was thorough about prepping it and going through what he needed to to deliver me a clean car with a full tank. He introduced me to my service rep for a first appointment (6 months from now or 5000 m. Was informed of the cause of this damage right off by Wilson. This has allowed me to take advantage of my Comprehensive Insurance and seek reparations from the former "mechanic." The work was done fairly quickly at Boch. Parts were a bit expensive. I also would have enjoyed a more pointed and clear chain of communication. All in all, I got what I needed and am satisfied with the job. More
