Service I live 45 minutes from this dealer and dropped off the vehicle so they would have the day to complete the warranty issues and service. Upon arrival one of the service employees informed me I could have gotten a loaner vehicle for the recall work. I was a little irritated that I was never informed. After my oil service, the oil meter was not reset in the dash and the oil pan was never wiped clean which made a mess in my garage. I have had better experiences with Bowles. More
