They are very nice, and the dealership is clean, but they are super disorganized. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it wasn't the vehicle I had given my deposit for; that VIN was sold to another customer, w are super disorganized. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it wasn't the vehicle I had given my deposit for; that VIN was sold to another customer, while I had their vehicle (no one caught it during the other transaction, which was weird, as the vehicles had different interior colors). They priced my trade-in incorrectly at first because they wrote down the odometer reading wrong. Although I left my salesperson a few messages about not getting my registration, I never heard back, so after a week, I drove down and hoped that the registration was there. I'm still waiting for a check for the price difference between the wrong vehicle and my original vehicle; my salesperson won't return those calls, either. Be prepared to do your own legwork and fix any issue, even if it's not yours. More
