Purchased a Raptor Ranger that I saw on line for sale at Pierre. It seemed like the time between the test drive and actually going in to fill out the paper work was a bit lengthy. Paperwork department was very nice and got thru that in no time. The follow up(s) with Gabriel has be beyond the call of duty...good job to Gabriel. More

Thier service departments service is absolutely garbage. Every time I try to call them they never have picked up the phone, whether Im transferred or I use an extension I have never got through. The one time I took me vehicle in for repair I would have to stand there for ridiculously long times before I was helped and they were not friendly at all like I was waisting their time. The repair was adequate but took much longer than they quoted. They have lost my business for life. I strongly recommend anyone but Pierre Ford when considering service to a vehicle and can't recommend their sales either. Incredibly unsatisfied with this dealership all thanks to their horrible service department. More
