Considering they ask for or have your car information and what service it is you require (mine being a recall), I found it annoying that they did not have the part and I had to return a week or so later to h what service it is you require (mine being a recall), I found it annoying that they did not have the part and I had to return a week or so later to have the work completed. They could have saved me time and thus money. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. All employees were kind and helpful, except for the above. More
