There was one particular person here named Luis Mendoza who was very rude . He lied and wasted our time. He said that he doesn’t have to sell us a car. He acted like he was doing us a favor and like he was who was very rude . He lied and wasted our time. He said that he doesn’t have to sell us a car. He acted like he was doing us a favor and like he was a high and mighty . He was so negative, being rude and disrespectful. He said “trust me I don’t need you, I don’t need your sale”. I kept my composure as much as possible while speaking of the deal but he keeps going, “I’m sure you just don’t know math, you don’t know anything” he states. Absolutely classless behavior, I never expected such treatment from an employee at Al Hendrickson. Luis gets a zero star from me, 1 is being generous. Derogatory comments and insults being thrown around is unprofessional and should not be allowed. More
