I recently (December'23) purchased a 2009 Porsche 911 Turbo from Porsche North Houston. I live 1,705 miles from the dealership. I had never bought a car online, had never bought a Porsche, and had never spent more than $30k on a car. As such, I was anxious. I had been looking for a specific color and configuration (cream over cocoa leather, manual, only wanted an '09), and when this popped up, I had to jump quickly. The team was extraordinarily professional - they were candid, communicative and competent. They helped to facilitate a pre-purchase inspection, and they agreed to tackle a few issues that naturally came up during the PPI. While it was not uncommon for a 15 year old car to have a few issues, what was uncommon was their willingness to take care of most of those issues at their expense. The shipping process was also easy, and they put a temporary registration on the vehicle to give me time to get my local state emissions test done and get the car registered locally. When the car arrived, they had in fact taken care of all the items they said they would (which I effectively had to take on faith as I had already sent them my $90k+). I give all the credit to Luis Ramirez. He was calm, fair and balanced and I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from this dealership. Thank you. More
