Unhappy I got a new Escalade ESV Platinum 2019 3 weeks ago , I'm still waiting for a lock Jack services. I paid for it but I'm try to get informacion and noth I got a new Escalade ESV Platinum 2019 3 weeks ago , I'm still waiting for a lock Jack services. I paid for it but I'm try to get informacion and nothing. Bad services. They promise a $500 back to me because the new Escalade came with some electrical problems causing the car staying for a few days at the dealer. My question is this is the appropriate way to treat a customer? They lied to me. More
