My 81yr old mom made an appointment for a free oil change n tire rotation (she has the friend n family plan so its free) she also confirmed it was free when making the appointment & upon arrival after all wa n tire rotation (she has the friend n family plan so its free) she also confirmed it was free when making the appointment & upon arrival after all was said & done they did more work then what she went in for and charged her $240. she was like what ? I thought it was free !! he said well the oil change n tire rotation is but we did brake fluid exchange and few other things then proceeded to talk in circles to confuse her Then he acted like he felt bad & he was going to make it better by getting the price down to $172.66 I called spoke to the assistant manager LUKE HOHL asked why he took advantage of my elderly mom who lives on limited SS income he said she signed it, I said I know for a fact if ypu told her the price my mom would have gotten up and left Knowing she could not afford that but he did the same thing to me talking in circles trying to make it seem like it was ok I am not OK with this Very very disappointed in this dealership taking advantage of the elderly again who assisted my mom was Luke Hohl Be careful out there people if you go in for service More
