Always friendly and helpful, great shuttle service Derrick Rausch returned as an advisor after an absence of 15 years. He is knowledgeable, friendly and I consider him a friend. Excellent dealership with an excellent staff I have purchased 2 vehicles from Ontario Chrysler in the last year, and I will definitely be purchasing more in the near future. Constantine is an ex I have purchased 2 vehicles from Ontario Chrysler in the last year, and I will definitely be purchasing more in the near future. Constantine is an excellent sales rep and the service department seems to be better than most I've dealt with. The first vehicle I bought was a 2015 Jeep Cherokee for my wife at Christmas and the experience was great. Constantine gave us better than fair value for our trade-in, an amazing price on the Cherokee, and was able to have the deal done in less than 3 days, just in time for Christmas. The second vehicle was my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in June. Because I wanted specific features, it had to be factory ordered. I was given a build date and received a phone call a week early saying it had arrived at the lot. Overall, nothing but excellent service from Ontario Chrysler. More
