I would like to be given an estimate of how long the service appointment will take when I make my appointment. I was expecting a 1 hr appointment. When I got there, I was told it would take 3 hours. Was service appointment will take when I make my appointment. I was expecting a 1 hr appointment. When I got there, I was told it would take 3 hours. Wasn't prepared for that. Would have needed to bring food. Also, there was no coffee in the waiting room. More
