Lyle was great! He worked with me over the phone and helped me find out the exact truck I wanted. I wasn’t really sure at first, and he helped narrow it down and supplied a lot of detailed information. helped me find out the exact truck I wanted. I wasn’t really sure at first, and he helped narrow it down and supplied a lot of detailed information. He was always available, even at odd hours due to the time difference. He’s the only reason I didn’t go to a different dealership. We bought the truck from Spain. We are military, and we are just now moving back to the US. We made a deposit on a truck, then they said it wasn’t available a few days later. I had the finance manager, Travis, and the new car sales manager, Ronnie, call and offer solutions for financing and finding a a different truck. Neither of them called me back after telling me they would, and I feel that’s unprofessional. The dealership website mentions COVID precautions, delivery, and being a handshake-free zone. There was one employee in the entire dealership wearing a mask, no one was observing any sort of social distancing, two people wanted to shake my hand, and several employees made remarks about me being “really cautious“ because I was wearing a mask. I was just looking at new Lincolns, not sure if I wanted to buy. I had talked with Lyle on the phone and told him what I wanted and what didn't excite me. He met me at the door, we talked a while and he took me outside to show me the car he thought would be good for me., he also showed me other Lincolns in the lot. I was impressed with the one he picked for me, lots of bells and whistles I didn't need, but I'm getting up there in age and these aren't things I need, but they look like fun, so I bought the car.. Easy Transaction Lyle and his team were very helpful & knowledgeable. He knew virtually every question I asked him, & if he didn't he did what it took to get one. What blew my mind is they ONLY asked once about an extended warranty. Other dealers have put me in a room with 2-3 guys for 30 minutes or longer to tell me how stupid I was if I didn't give them a few thousand for an extended warranty. I can't stand a pushy annoying salesperson! The finance guy was awesome (Travis I think) too. This vehicle should last me a while, but I will have to look up Lyle in several years for the next one. Thanks Lyle! More
