Oakes Kia is located 3. 5 hours away from me, but I found a great car at a great deal, and I was willing to look into it. After expressing interest on a Sunday night, I got a 5 hours away from me, but I found a great car at a great deal, and I was willing to look into it. After expressing interest on a Sunday night, I got a text that someone would get in touch with me the following morning, but to respond with any questions in the meantime. Monday morning came with a text and a video tour of the vehicle, and by that evening, I had it in my garage! I docked a couple of points because parts of the exchange were drug out so long, all of which only had to do with financing (even though I didn’t finance with them, there was a lot of pressure to do so). My interactions with sales representatives were great; Lyric was timely with responses and accommodating, knowledgeable in his position, professional, and his genuine and honest approach totally nullified the reputation “greedy car salesmen” More
