I knew I’d buy from them again. Today, I went to buy a new car and knew I was interested in either the Eclipse Cross or the Outlander. Mac Bridges was very professional and extremely personable. He dealt with my many questions in a kind manner and never seemed annoyed or as if I was wasting his time. Most important he didn’t pressure me into looking at something more expensive. He knew exactly what I wanted and showed me those vehicles. I left today with the car I truly wanted with more bells and whistles then I could have imagined. Doug Magnusen, who assisted with my finanicing was also extremely professional, patient and friendly. He worked my numbers till I was at a payment I was comfortable with and probably knows enough about me now that you’d think he was one of my best friends! Ha. This dealership is top notch and I promise you will not be disappointed nor feel like your being pressured into a purchase. THANK YOU MAC & DOUG and the WHOLE Ray Skillman team! More

From the fact finding and the test drive and then phone and email communications every step of the way was met with putting us at ease. When we walked in the door to take the new car home, they had all of the paperwork filled out and were waiting for us at the door. They were polite and not pushy at all. Certainly not what we were expecting . My daughter loves her new Sportage ! And the fact that they let her take the car home even though they hadn't even been payed by the bank yet, blew my mind. We are also currently in the middle of a credit rebuild. Things were looking to be a far stretch to make a deal happen but salesman Mac Bridges, along with sales manager Stephan Fort, went above and beyond to work with us in a respectful and understanding manner. We were able to get a deal done within a few days. As I sat in the vehicle to drive away from the dealership, I honestly thought to myself that I could not believe how easy they made this purchase for us. I still have this thought as I write this. The team of Mac Bridges (sales), Drew Pittman (manager) and Doug Ma I'm not in the habit of writing glowing reviews, but it is warranted in this case. The team of Mac Bridges (sales), Drew Pittman (manager) and Doug Magnusen (fianace) won our business for a 2018 Sorento. They didn't pressure us, and were accommodating to our schedule. They allowed an overnight test drive of two different vehicles, which was very helpful to our decision making. Likewise, they were patient, willing to bargain, and extremely professional and courteous throughout. Not much more anyone can ask from a car dealership. More
