Mac was very attentive to my three year old son as well which is a make-or-break deal with me anyways. If you cannot respect my child (showing him attention) or talk to him like he's a human then we have a problem. Unfortunately, the gentleman we worked with for financing was not there the day we signed the paperwork "Slinky" (I think his name is Warren) helped get us a great deal with lower monthly payments! This was our very first major purchase as a newlywed couple, so I am very glad that the folks at Ray Skillman made the process run smoothly with less stress. Thank you for all your help Mac and Slinky! You guys were fantastic! We have never felt more "at home" in a business in a long time! The only thing I would have liked to have seen was an offer to have the Bluetooth functions and Satellite radio discussed. If it wasn't for us having a "tech" savvy person in the family it would have taken me days to figure out the radio. ~Roberts~ More

Awesome Experience I have been looking for a Mini Cooper for about 3 years. Watching tv, I saw a Ray Skillman ad & went to their website & did a search for a Mini. Sure I have been looking for a Mini Cooper for about 3 years. Watching tv, I saw a Ray Skillman ad & went to their website & did a search for a Mini. Sure enough, they had one that caught my eye so I contacted Mac Bridges and he got the process started. The car was at another Ray Skillman location just a few miles away. Mac drove me there & allowed me "test drive" the Mini back to the South Side dealership. From there he & Duane Reed "coached" me through the process. Never once did Mac or Duane leave my sight. They stayed with me & led me through the process keeping me continually updated as to the progress we were making along the way. When I was ready to sign the papers Doug Magnusen patiently led me though the process, answering all my questions thoroughly explaining each document and its definition. I had shopped price at other area dealers for a Mini similiarily equipped within the mileage range and Ray Skillman South Side was anywhere from $500 to $2,000 less than the other dealers. This car purchase was probably the best buying experience I have ever had. Proud to say I am now a member of the "Mini cult" and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Mac, Duane, & Doug for a first class buying experience! More
