I drove it that weekend on a cold snowy day near Lake Tahoe and noticed a clunk noise at engine startup that was not there in the warm summer Reno heat. I let Wade know and he insisted I bring it in. I experienced some delay and challenge, but continued to escalate the issue to the proper people and ultimately Lance Dattilo made sure the problem was resolved and that I was satisfied with the purchase. Problems happen but Corwin GMC took ownership and were communicative along the way! I would highly recommend considering Wade and Lance for your next vehicle purchase. More
