A couple of the service advisors where arrogant and we don’t like stuff like that and we have recalls on the vehicle and a lifetime warranty on it but we can never seem to get it fixed or get a loaner veh don’t like stuff like that and we have recalls on the vehicle and a lifetime warranty on it but we can never seem to get it fixed or get a loaner vehicle so they can fix the vehicle. Apparently the oil drains plug had been stripped also. The only place we take the vehicle for service is the exact same place we bought it because of the lifetime warranty. The oil change prices have gone up around $40 from the last time we serviced the vehicle. So now a oil change is almost $90. No very happy about that. More

This was my first time to use Freedom. From the first conversation with Micah in service, I felt like I was part of the family. Micah listened to my concerns, came up with a plan to check them out, call conversation with Micah in service, I felt like I was part of the family. Micah listened to my concerns, came up with a plan to check them out, called me with a quote and time frame to complete the work. Micah kept me informed every step of the way during the repairs and called me when the work was completed. Everything was done on time, correctly and within the budget we discussed. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience. I will be bringing my other 3 dodge vehicles to Freedom and Micah when they need service. Customer service was great. I had a $5,400.00 problem under the hood of my car. The guys at the service desk gave me an estimated time and price. It was done on time and cheaper. They helped in using my under the hood of my car. The guys at the service desk gave me an estimated time and price. It was done on time and cheaper. They helped in using my warranty so when it was all finished i payed $900.00 out of pocket. It seams like allot but we was expecting to pay close to $1,200 because my warranty maxed out close to $4,000. Plus my wife only called every day with questions and Micah had no problem answering any of them and reassuring us that everything was handled. Thanks guys. More
