There were never updates given to me on my vehicle, and I constantly had to call up there. When I would call they would be super rude and tell me that my car was just sitting there and they didn't know what was going on. The service advisor assigned to me even stated that my car sat there for 14 days without anyone even realizing that it had a sky touch top. I have told everyone I know to stay clear of Jeeps in general, but most importantly if they ever were to buy a Jeep to not get it serviced at your dealership. This was unacceptable customer care and when I finally got my car back after 40 days, the service manager and the service advisor both stated the leaks were not fixed. This to me is crazy since it was at your dealership for over a month. More

Have not been impressed with this dealership since it became Freedom. I visited because the brake light on the dash was coming on. They said they couldn't find a problem. It is still coming on. The paperwork I received said customer stated there was an oil leak around the oil pan and that they replaced the gasket. I NEVER MADE THAT STATEMENT. I am in the process contacting my attorney to ascertain who will be held liable if I have an accident that is contributed to a problem with my brakes. I have talked to many people who have the same opinion as I do about this dealership. I will not be recommending it any one. My husband and I have already discussed that we will be looking elsewhere for my next vehicle. More
