Our first Initial service at this location was great but when we got our car back from service, found out that our 911 Manual Book was missing. After two days going back and forth with our srvice advisor, w when we got our car back from service, found out that our 911 Manual Book was missing. After two days going back and forth with our srvice advisor, with no luck and a lot of apologies, we now have no Manual Book for our 911. Tampa Service Dept. did not even offer to replace it. So, we decided not to have our 911 serviced there any more. Our new service Dept. is now Clearwater Porsche (previously Bert Smith Porsche) at their newly built (2022) hi tech facility in Clearwater.. We chose Clearwater Porsche because of their much lower cost of service cost (Shop Hourly Rate/Labor) and the type of loaner car they provide compare to Tampa since Morgon Group bought from Reeves Porsche. More
