The place is a bit rough around the edges and you're not going to get the same kind of customer service you do at a large dealership. For instance, you'll need to take a trip to the RMV to register the car and get plates. If you're willing to do a bit of extra leg work the honest, friendly employees and great prices make it well worth it. I love the laid back attitude, and so far I love the car! More

I could tell that they didn't just care about making a sale, they desired to make a customer happy. After purchasing the vehicles, I received a call from Tom to ensure that the vehicles that I purchased were up to my standards and of the quality that they promised. I have purchased commercial work vehicles that still are in my fleet today, as well as had them search for my daily driver that I gave meticulous instructions for (which they met and exceeded). I recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a vehicle and will only shop with them in the future. More

Straightforward as it gets Some cars have minor scratches but the savings on the vehicles is tremendous. I got a 2016 Hyundai Sonata for $12,000 which is about $3,000 below mark Some cars have minor scratches but the savings on the vehicles is tremendous. I got a 2016 Hyundai Sonata for $12,000 which is about $3,000 below market value, all because of a minor dent. Would recomend to anyone already have my mother ready to buy a vehicle from here. More

Went above and beyond Unlike most dealerships, I didn't feel like I was being lied to or ripped off. I felt they were honest and to the point. No pressure. We were coming from southern Rhode Island and called ahead. We arrived a half hour before closing and had the truck up on a rack for us to inspect the underside! Off we went for a ride. Came back and told them we wanted it. They waited patiently through the financing (our bank was in New York) and communicated every step of the way. They even offered to meet us halfway to deliver it. Although dealing with 3 different states was a giant hassle, when it comes time to get another car, they will be the first I call. My recommendation is: do not hesitate to buy a vehicle from them! You will drive away with a decent vehicle, a little more left in your pocket, and a smile on your face. More
