Very disappointed with my last service. I brought my van in 1/6/25 and today is the 28th, still no return call on the warranty part for my visor. I have been using Ron Norris / Starling for many years with great service. When I called the Sales number and spoke with them, they said Service is "very busy". Not sure if that means they don't have to give good service? Also vehicle was supposed to be ready by 2-3pm. It wasn't ready until they closed. They put the key and left, so I had no opportunity to go in and ask questions or ensure they had ordered the part. I understand about being busy and I didn't have a problem until they didn't pick up the phone or return calls. More
