Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize that our inspection didn't meet your standards and that you feel your air filter was overlooked. We do take all inspections seriously. Our records show an air filter replacement was recommended on your last four service visits, but the replacement was declined each time. We would still like to investigate this further and resolve any confusion we caused. To help us understand what went wrong in our process and improve our service, please contact our service manager Jeff at 225-743-8205, so we can discuss this with you directly.
