Oil change and tire rotation for $93 is way too expensive. Many dealerships wash your vehicle when in for any service...Starling Ford does not. Front left wheel cover was only partially on. It was no big deal for me to press the entire wheel cover on, but it should have been that way in leaving the dealership. Paying attention to details apparently is not a high priority at Starling Ford. I had a $25 gift card that Starling Ford mailed to me. In paying the bill I forgot to present the gift card. I called back the next day and asked Starling Ford to credit my credit card $25. Gentleman start that was not possible and that I could use the gift card next time. I, like everyone else, has dealt with many businesses that could easily and routinely perform a credit to a credit card. The wheel cover not being properly put on and the gift card incidence are really two minor things that Starling Ford could have easily "made right" to keep a customer happy. More

Mike Hakanen handled my service call very efficiently. When I brought up an additional question about performance, he gave me an idea of what might be the cause.
