Sales staff was great. Finance department needs training. The sales staff was great. They listened to what I was looking for and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. However, the finance department failed to send important documents to my bank which delayed me getting my vehicle titled prior to the 30 day window. Fortunately the sales staff stepped up and loaned me a dealer tag until everything could be sorted out and I could get the title and licensing taken care of. More
