For financing assistance I started with Brad Davis who's friendly personality and straight shooter attitude were refreshing and inviting. Just a great guy with a great personality who I enjoyed working with. I finished up with Marc Weiner because Brad was swamped and didn't want to keep me waiting. Marc encountered a SNAFU with my financier however he worked around the snag and made it happen. The finance team is top notch and these two persons were simply excellent. More

Mack McKinney offered to help us find the vehicles we wanted to try out. Our number one choice was at Joe Machens in Jefferson City, so they offered to have it brought to Columbia. In the meantime, Mack offered to find us something comparable to drive while we waited. We drove a Lincoln MKX and once the Ford Edge Limited arrived we took it for a spin. No comparison, the Lincoln MKX was hands down the best ride, and thanks to Mack it’s now ours to enjoy. When we returned to pick up our vehicle, a few days later, Dennis Gish and his staff had done a fantastic job detailing the vehicle inside and out. Thank you, Joe Machens, for the great service!! Great experience, great new vehicle, took some time My wife and I came to Machens Ford looking for a capable vehicle to replace our Toyota 4Runner which served us very well for many years. We began look My wife and I came to Machens Ford looking for a capable vehicle to replace our Toyota 4Runner which served us very well for many years. We began looking for a truck, for which we relieved very good help, and we're able to take a very nice test drive. We ultimately selected a new Explorer because we were very impressed with what it had to offer as a highly capable family vehicle! Our salesman was helpful and friendly from the start, and we were very pleased to have not been approached or awkwardly confronted while we chose to freely browse for a few minutes. After we had our time to ourselves we were able to speak with our salesman about many different options, models, etc, to which he was knowledgable enough for us to receive the information we wanted. Everyone was very friendly, our only negative experience was related to the amount of time it took once we came to a decision, probably no longer than normal, but we are not very experienced with the new car buying process and we're getting quite anxious. Thanks very much Mack for all your help we look forward to many years in our Ford and working with your service team for all maintenance needs! More
