I’m very unsatisfied with my most recent service appt. I took my vehicle in for a brake issue as well as an issue with the coating on the grill coming off. My vehicle was in the shop from Monday morning I took my vehicle in for a brake issue as well as an issue with the coating on the grill coming off. My vehicle was in the shop from Monday morning until Friday afternoon, and I still had to take it back because the grill had to be ordered. Once I left, I noticed the brake issue continued and notes in the ticket said a software update was performed. This was the fix to my brake pedal squeaking and at times getting stuck? when I was called to schedule the replacement of my grill, I let the service man know that the brake issue was not resolved. When I brought my vehicle back in to replace the grill I got a phone call a couple hours later. I was informed that they ordered a chrome grill and my grill was blacked out. I was told they only noticed this when they went to replace it. I have no idea how that is possible. There were no notes on my service ticket of the brake issue being addressed. I later got a phone call from the aftermarket company the dealership had used to schedule to come out and replace the overlay on my grill. They came to my home and were fantastic. The overlay was replaced in about 20 minutes. That added to my frustration since my vehicle has been at the dealership for 5 days. All of which I was left without a vehicle. I will be taking my car to a different Chevy house for any future service that is needed. More
