When I walked in I was told my truck was in a moderate accident on the carfax probably needs money to get a clue. Been a customer here for 9 years. When I walked in I was told my truck was in a moderate accident on the carfax and thats why they were offering such a low price for my trade. Which was untrue my truck was never in an accident. After I informed him of that fact, he then continued with the same false estimated numbers. He told me to wait 6 months until the lease was up and come back. I will never in my life or children's life ever go to upstate ram in attica again. More
