Madison was great to work with. I drove 10 hours to pick up this car in a blizzard. The dealership knew I was pre-approved at a certain rate with my bank. When I arrived, the finan I drove 10 hours to pick up this car in a blizzard. The dealership knew I was pre-approved at a certain rate with my bank. When I arrived, the finance department took almost 2 hours to process my application that they had for 3 days. When I declined because it was a higher rate, the man was ugly with me and told me I'd have to wait 5-7 business days to use my bank's financing. He then tried to trick me into using their financing for 45 days then switch saying that was the knly way I could leave with the car. After refusing and requesting to speak to someone else, the sales Mgr said there was ko issues using my financing to leave that day. I felt like the man finance department was a xxxxxxx. I would not buy from them again because I felt as if the finance department tried to railroad me while halfway across the country in severe weather. More
