Bought a 2015 Corolla from them on Monday (05/01/2023) and everything went fast and smooth. Paid cash for the car and was in and out really fast. Car needed a few thing done on it and they got everything and everything went fast and smooth. Paid cash for the car and was in and out really fast. Well I wrote a previous review. I wanted to update you all: If you find my review you will notice that a Ms. Magnus quickly jumped on to tell me to call the service manager. They are saying that things happened that did not happen. The guy in service apparently wrote something up that he never told my husband while there. They will not stand behind their tires-in fact the service manager told me: (copied and pasted)your husband are more fortunate than most because we typically see vehicles needing tires before this mileage. Most manufactures put a soft compound rubber tire on when new for the ride quality of the vehicle. I am not sure where the 65,000 mile tire warranty has come into play, tires on a brand new vehicle are warranted by the tire manufacture against defects in material and workmanship. So Kia uses crappy tires - wow! So, the bottom line is, I got 50% of wear I should have & they are doing nothing for me-GO TO ANOTHER KIA DEALERSHIP-THIS ONE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU ONCE THEY MAKE THE SALE! I gave Madison 3 stars only because she did respond to the rating on here---however, she's been silent & I have copied her in. More
