When I arrived at White Plains Nissan, I was spoken to like an adult, was able to work out the details quickly, and got exactly what I wanted, with no last-minute surprises. In fact, my sales rep Mahari Davis actually picked me up at my house and drove me to the dealership so I could pick up my new vehicle! When I walked into the dealership as a repeat customer, I was happy to find that I received the same type of customer service from the entire staff that I have grown accustomed to over the years. My salesman, Mr. Mahari Davis, was a true professional with a great personality. I was offered refreshments, a test drive on the 2015 SL AWD Rouge and a complete demonstration on all the new features on the car. Most importantly, Mr. Davis' style is no pressure sales combined with great after sales follow-up which I greatly appreciated. Love my new Nissan Rogue! More

Manager is an xxx I loved a car on the lot, and the salesperson was knowledgable and helpful. But while I was waiting to get my appraisal, the idiot of a manager spoke I loved a car on the lot, and the salesperson was knowledgable and helpful. But while I was waiting to get my appraisal, the idiot of a manager spoke loudly and unprofessionally about how he didn't want to make a deal on his "tricked out" model. If this was his attempt to play hardball it failed, as I left the dealership and headed to Yonkers. What an xxx! More
